ABOUT YOUR GUIDE

Hello, my name is Mary Mullin. As a widow myself, I know what it feels like to move through the day while carrying something heavy that no one else can see.

In my own early stages of grief, I turned to the practices I knew... yoga, meditation, and the chakra system... to begin understanding and release what my body was holding.

When you learn how to gently work with the body, rather than ignore what your feeling, something begins to shift.

I created this class so you can begin to understand your grief, not just emotionally, but physically and gently.
