Kundalini Yoga is a transformative practice that enhances overall well-being, promotes happiness, and fosters spiritual growth. Through a combination of physical postures (kriyas), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and mantra, this practice strengthens the body, clears the mind, and nurtures the soul.

The physical postures improve flexibility, strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, and support the circulatory system. Breath work and meditation help us process emotions, develop clarity, and build concentration. This allows us to face life's challenges with greater courage, control, and grace.​

Classes vary in intensity—some are energetic and dynamic, while others offer a more meditative and calming experience. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class is accessible to all levels and will guide you toward greater peace, vitality, and self-awareness.

All live classes are via Zoom so you can practice with us from anywhere with your laptop, desktop, tablet or mobile device! Class times are EST (US and Canada). 

 

Please register below or with the WIX app. After you register for a class, a Zoom link will be emailed to you. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. You can also access the Zoom link in your account page in the "My Booking" section.

 

Before joining a Zoom class you can download the Zoom app. Otherwise, you will be prompted to download and install Zoom when you click a join link.

 

Our classes are live so plan to show up just as you would for an in-studio class...turn off your phone, say hello and get ready to practice!​
