Through movement, breath work, and meditation, we will connect with the planetary vibrations to unlock your potential and set an intentional tone for your day.

As the day winds down, end your day with a soothing and transformative evening practice that blends the awakening energy of Kundalini with the deep relaxation of Yin yoga. This class is designed to help you release the tensions of the day, calm the mind, and restore balance to your body and spirit.

Through long-held, mindful postures, we will invite the flow of prana (life energy) while creating space for Kundalini's subtle energy to rise. This fusion of movement, breathwork, and meditation helps to release blockages, quiet the mind, and restore harmony to your entire being.
