Disappointments can quietly close the heart without us even realizing it. This special February class is an invitation to gently release old stories, soften emotional defenses, and reconnect with the loving essence within you. When the heart opens, love flows freely bringing peace, connection, and true happiness. Join Mary for an afternoon of movement, meditation and a sound bath relaxation. Each participant will receive some rose essential oil to take home to help balance and open the heart chakra, promoting unconditional love, forgiveness, and acceptance.
