According to the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, we are made up of Ten Bodies—the physical body, three mental bodies, and six energetic bodies. Together, these bodies shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us. When one or more bodies are out of balance, we may feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or depleted. When all Ten Bodies are aligned and strengthened, we experience greater vitality, clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection to our higher self. Join Mary for an afternoon of movement and meditation designed to balance and strengthen the Ten Bodies leaving you with a sense of wholeness, stability, and inner harmony. The class will end with a relaxing sound bath.
