My Kundalini Yoga classes offer a grounding space to reconnect with yourself. Through breathwork, mindful movement, and meditation, you'll learn tools to ease stress and anxiety, quiet mental chatter, and bring more calm and clarity into your everyday life.

As our bodies naturally change with age, it's more important than ever to move in ways that feel supportive and sustainable. These online classes are designed specifically for midlife women—with flexibility, strength, and self-compassion in mind.
